MOPAC provides a high quality service for a high value and the lowest life-cycle price. MOPAC competes directly against other specialty contractors and may appear to be higher in price in the short-term, but MOPAC offers better service and quality which provides the lowest cost over the long-term. By properly designing specifications and selecting state-of-the-art materials and methods, MOPAC shows a cost-savings over the long-term. The services that MOPAC provides last longer and therefore do not need to be performed as frequently.

MOPAC consistently solves customer issues and continually focuses on providing value-added solutions to every customer project. MOPAC provides its M.A.P.S. software (MOPAC Asset Protection Systems) at no cost to customers, where MOPAC performs annual maintenance projects. The software tracks the condition and environment of building components and equipment in a customer’s facility on a per square foot basis and creates budgets based on world-class specifications. This methodology has proven to be an invaluable planning tool for maintenance and engineering personnel, as well as, for management in the planning and allocation of future funds.

MOPAC’s advantages over its competitors are its management, pricing, location, and consolidated value-added services. MOPAC’s management is committed to customer satisfaction and quality. MOPAC management continually researches new materials, equipment, and processes that could provide cost-savings to its customers. MOPAC multi-craft crews typically reside locally in proximity to the customer’s facility. This strategy lowers cost and improves responsiveness.

MOPAC differentiates itself from its competitors with its consolidation of specialty construction/maintenance services, the M.A.P.S. database, and generating value-added, cost-saving solutions to its customers. MOPAC has positioned itself for growth and, by holding true to its core values and plans for development, MOPAC will continue to be recognized in the industry as a preeminent leader in the Southeast for specialty facility services.
